I truly enjoy teaching group fitness. It’s an honor to be able to be part of my members’ fitness journeys. I connect with them through my humanity while teaching specific instructions on how to move in space. I believe that there are three parts in having a truly healthy lifestyle – mind, diet and then exercise in that order. Everyone is beautiful in their own way and we’re just working to a fitter you. I love hearing the success stories of my members and my goal is to have everyone feeling successful at the end of every class.
I’ve always had a fascination with the human body. I’ve studied nutrition for over a decade and seek to pass on my knowledge when I can. Bottom line is I want to make a difference in the lives of others to improve their self-image and health.
